We are a family run business, located in the southern suburbs of Sydney called Sans Souci.

Our products are made from fresh local sourced ingredients, with no preservatives or colours. We are all about freshness, unprocessed and convenient options.  

Our family heritage is Italian and Greek, so we combine both cultures to bring traditional cooking back into family homes to enjoy. 

Our Italian "Nonna", who we are very fond of, has been our inspiration with our sweets and savoury products.  She baked and cooked with love, with simple ingredients. 

Caterina is a self-taught baker, with a passion for baking and cooking.  You will taste and notice the difference!
