We are a family run business, located in the southern suburbs of Sydney called Sans Souci.

All of our products are made from fresh local sourced ingredients, with no preservatives or added colours. We are all about freshness, unprocessed and convenient options.  

Our family heritage is Italian and Greek, so we combine both cultures to bring traditional cooking back into family homes to enjoy. 

Our Italian 'Nonna', who we are very fond of, has been our inspiration with our sweet and savoury products.  She baked and cooked with love, using simple ingredients. 

Caterina is a self-taught baker, with a passion for baking and cooking. You will taste the difference!
